Overview

Switch and Signal is a community hub for skaters in the Pittsburgh area. To encourage new participants, the park offers free board and pad rentals in addition to camps, after school programs, lessons, parent/child sessions, mom-sessions and everything in between.

All of the ramps are surfaced with Russian birch, which makes them durable and grip perfectly. Also, the sessions are limited so the park never feels over crowded.

There are obstacles for every skill level including an awesome miniramp with a bowl on one side. The building used to be a bowling alley. A lane has been converted into the shop counter and gutters have been used to trim the ceiling.
