Overlook Skatepark

Overlook is a spacious prefab park in a ritzy park next to a golf course. As far as prefab parks go, this one has a great variety of features. There are several smaller ramps that are nice for warming up and learning new tricks, including a couple quarter pipes and a spine. The mini ramp is a fun mellow height too, not as tall as the standard Skatewave mini.

The downside of Overlook at the moment is that the ramps are in pretty bad shape. There are many spots that have worn through multiple levels of skating surface and a few places where missing bolts are allowing the surface to peel up. In some places, someone has bolted on metal “patches” to repair the holes.
